Chocolate Ganache Recipe
  • 375g Ganache


  • 250g milk chocolate
  • 125g cream (thick cream or double cream)


  1. Chop chocolate in to small pieces.
  2. Heat cream until it just starts to boil, but don't let it boil.
  3. Pour hot cream over chocolate and let it sit for few minutes.
  4. Mix until all combined.
